What you will be doing
This is an exciting time to join Breathe. Having proven the value of our embedded products in both the automotive and consumer electronics spaces, you will be working with some of the world's largest and most recognised consumer electronics brands to establish Breathe as a market leader. You will be responsible for winning new automotive customers and partnering with internal teams to refine the product and go-to-market strategies. This is a unique opportunity for someone to drive meaningful commercial outcomes for both Breathe and our customers as we look to accelerate the electrification of everything.
Your day to day
Demand Generation:
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, presenting Breathe’s embedded products as a solution that drives business value.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint across the consumer electronics market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that resonate with prospective customers.
- Convert prospects into paying customers by efficiently managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Market Engagement:
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the consumer electronics industry, including potential partners, influencers, and decision-makers, to enhance market penetration and drive sales.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and product positioning.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions, ensuring continuous improvement of the product and sales approach.
- Regularly update key stakeholders on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience winning new business in consumer electronics OEM’s.
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics and battery market dynamics.
- Proven track record of taking to market highly complex technology products, winning new customers, and developing long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organisation.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross functionally in a Kind and Conscientious manner.
