What you will be doing

This is an exciting time to join Breathe. Having proven the value of our products in both the automotive and consumer electronics spaces, we are scaling our Operations function. This will help us deliver a seamless experience at work for our teams, thus enabling them to be highly effective while meeting the requirements set by our stakeholders.

Your day to day

At Breathe we utilise a partnering model within our Operations team, this allows the team to own and supports critical functions that ensure long-term organisational success, including:

• Monitor and improve adherence to our policies and processes
• Vendor onboarding
• Documentation management
• Health and safety certification / policies / management
• Ensuring teams have the tools, access, and support they need
• Facilitating cross-functional alignment on product roadmaps and prioritisation
• Ensure customer feedback loops are structured and actionable

Your background 

• Experience breaking down complex problems into manageable steps
• A background researching, selecting and implementing solutions (either commercially or academically) 
• Awareness and understanding of business priorities and ability to incorporate them into recommendations
• Experience supporting and improving product development processes would be a bonus
• Ability to work in a Kind and Conscientious manner
